    Applying for affies.

    Read before applying

    1. I no longer accept piczo sites. I'm truly sorry, if you were a previous affie, and still on piczo, you may stay as an affie. But you should try Freewebs, then maybe later get hosted !
    2. I changed the rules; i only keep the most active affies (the ones that comment, enter contests, and keep in contact with me) in the sidebar. So please be commited if you would like to stay on top.
    3. Update Often
    4. Write "thinks Katie is awesome" after your name . Don't follow rule #7
    5. You must visit my site every so often and leave a comment or at least show me you're alive. I will do the same.
    6. You must be able to make decent graphics. I don't accept people who use others' graphics. Send me a sample.
    7. Just to make sure you read these rules write "P-R AA" In the "Comments" section.
